Changes/Bug fixes:

Increased size of label 1 and label 2 from 16 to 64 characters for patch panel port labels.
Added fixes to patch panel and room layout for some edge cases.
Reports GET API call was failing. Now fixed.
Use jstorage to replace cookies for storing temporary client side data – this effects reports that are run but not saved
Uploading the upgrade file moved to appliance manager (this is in preparation for some upcoming changes to upgrade)
Fixed IPMI discovery issues in 64 bit appliance.
