FireHydrant can create pages in Confluence so you can automatically store information relating to your incident in a tool your organization already uses and is familiar with. Once common use case for this might be storing your retrospectives in Confluence.
Setting up Confluence integration
- Setting up this integration requires authorizing our OAuth2 application if you're using Confluence.
- A FireHydrant organization admin must add our Confluence integration (https://app.firehydrant.io/organizations/integrations/confluence_cloud/new) and authorize it in Confluence Cloud. This requires that the authorizer is a Confluence Cloud administrator.
- From there you will be able to specify which Space you would like Confluence to use.
Now you're ready to set up a Runbook to export incident data to Confluence.
