Configuring Confluence Cloud

FireHydrant can create pages in Confluence so you can automatically store information relating to your incident in a tool your organization already uses and is familiar with. Once common use case for this might be storing your retrospectives in Confluence.

Setting up Confluence integration

  1. Setting up this integration requires authorizing our OAuth2 application if you're using Confluence.
  2. A FireHydrant organization admin must add our Confluence integration ( and authorize it in Confluence Cloud. This requires that the authorizer is a Confluence Cloud administrator.
  3. From there you will be able to specify which Space you would like Confluence to use.

Now you're ready to set up a Runbook to export incident data to Confluence.
