Notify Incident Channel With Custom Message

You can remind your teams of information that's relevant for all incidents or deliver a reminder to update an external partner with the "notify incident channel with custom message" runbook step.

Note: There is a 3,000 character limit for messages posted to Slack currently. If this is a concern for you, please reach out to our support or sales teams so we can understand your use case.


You can supply the messaging to be used in the notification and include incident data following the templating in Runbooks guide.
